The fast-food chain is unveiling a new breakfast sandwich made with plant-based “meat,” called the Impossible Croissan’wich. The Impossible Croissan’wich is made with an egg, a slice of American cheese, and an Impossible Sausage sandwiched between two halves of a toasted croissant.

Burger King is testing its new plant-based breakfast sandwich in 139 restaurants across five cities this February.
